Colgate EcoSpring Diploma - Organic Cotton Innerspring Crib Mattress with Waterproof Cover

My son has been a really good sleeper, so either I'm blessed or his cribbing setup is perfect. He doesn't mind going to bed and the mattress definitely has it's upsides:1) I really like that it meets the firm qualifications out there for babies, but not board firm2) He's grown really attached to this mattress, noting it is made of superb quality and not showing any wear and tear or signs of fatigue (up to first 1.5 years of sleeping thus far)3) He jumps. This mattress gives for his bouncing tendencies at 1.5yr old and it's still going strong... again showing no wear4) I'm on my second child and just ordered the same mattress for this one, hoping it will be just as awesome of an experience5) The material is organic and a plus in my book anytime, especially for those sensitive little ones.I've looked at other mattresses at the store and I'm sure you you can find a comparable one at a little lower of a price, but even so, I would hands down buy this one again as having a pleased mom without any doubts for something this important is worth a million bucks in satisfaction itself.To note on the price, I was pleasantly surprised the second time around buying from Amazon that they had a damaged box price. Obviously its a mattress, so wasn't concerned about the box or the item being dropped. I think I paid about 75% of the usual price and totally worth it for me.

Extremely frustrated. I have researched high and low and everywhere in between for a crib mattress! Finally thought I found THE one with this mattress and it comes with the seam all messed up and I hole already on the mattress. I’m not sure what’s going on with the seam but I’m so aggravated. For the price of this mattress I shouldn’t be having to deal with this. So now I am probably going to have to lug it 45 mins to the nearest UPS store to return... Seems like it would be a great mattress other than those flaws. And I probably just got a fluke but it’s still frustrating.

Really nice quality mattress! Love that it is made of more natural materials! The mattress feels firm but not rock hard- perfect for our son. I took a lot of time researching mattresses and am so glad I found this one. My son sleeps good on it and it feels like it will last a long time.

I spent so much time researching car seats, strollers and bottle warmers - that I had no idea how crappy crib mattresses are? Once I started doing research, I was sad knowing that I've allowed my 9mo old daughter to sleep on a POS mattress (that came with the crib). When this mattress arrived, you could tell right away it's of significant quality. It's much more comfortable - supportive - and substantial than the mattress that came with the crib. No one blinks an eye spending $300 on a car seat. You shouldn't worry about purchasing the best mattress possible given your child is spending as much as 18 hours a day on it. Thank you, Colgate.

First baby loved this mattress, she now uses it in her toddler bed flipped to the toddler side. Recently ordered a second one for my 6 month old and she is also loving it.

Seems like a nice mattress but it came soiled. Two big stains. Will get a replacement.

Our son has slept much better since we switched to this mattress .

good quality, I like the two sides, firm for the new born , and a little bit softer for toddler.
