absolutely an excellent buy
The rod (Sougilang 210m 2 piece; medium and medium heavy rod ends) is, as far as I can tell excellent. They look on par to my Fenwick rods. Great workmanship. The two different rod ends are an excellent idea. If I break one, then the other will be available for use. I have broken many rods in my life and that is always frustrating. I can not assess the guides as being better or on par with others; I just don't know.. That being said, I have never worn out a rod because of guide wear. I would buy another from Sougayilang in a heartbeat.

Both pieces broke while fishing!
Ok, I was pretty excited for this rod. It's a very pretty rod and fit exactly was I was looking for. However I've only used it maybe 10 times top, and I broke both the M and MH top piece. Both while reeling in a fish. Just a little disappointed. Sent a replacement within a week.

Very nice looking and feeling rod.
Very nice and well crafted rod. Feels really nice in your hand and goes great with a turquoise reel.

A little stiff. - two tips are a plus
I ordered this because its 30 ton graphite and comes with two tips. Ill be using the Med tip. The med Hvy is just too stiff. My rod arrived with a dent in the cork handle. Box was fine so that had to happen before it was boxed up. Not a good indication of quality control. Still the rod is beautiful and performs so I can overlook the dent. Overall a good rod for the money.

Nice rod
The rod has a nice weight and seems to be very sensitive, especially for a 2 piece. I will update my review when I get a chance to use it. Pros Comes with a well made and conveint storage bag. Is very sensitive Has a nice finnish Is comfortable in the hand Has 2 different tips for different techniques. Cons The gloss overcoat takes away from tge sensitivity and adds weight. The rod is light but not well balanced. Tip heavy. Overall, yes i would recommend this rod to a friend. And buy again if needed.

Good rod with both M and MH inserts
Good bait casting rod and it comes with both an MH and H insert for different conditions. Good rod for the price.

Not a bad deal, but not a Shimano either…
Reel is OK, has a bit of free play in the crank handle, wobbly in both axial and radial directions to the shaft. The rods are alright, and are comfortable to fish with. Caught a few small bass, drag works good.
