Bought these for my 6-year-old son who struggles with emotional melt-downs and anxiety. The first time, I took them with him. It tastes a lot like a natural fruit leather, which we both like. My son noticed a chalky aftertaste, which I thought was barely discernable but if you have a super sensitive palate like he does, may be noticeable. However, I followed them with some regular fruit gummies and it wasn't an issue. I noticed that when he would start to upset, it would resolve instead of going into a full-blown melt-down. Also, for a kid who loves video games more than anything and needs a ton of stimulation and interaction, he spent the last two hours of his free play time quietly playing with leftover plastic Easter eggs and an old phone. This is abnormal for a typically super-active, super-talkative, super-sensitive child. We are on day 3 and it's been much more peaceful around here. I say "we" because I have been taking them daily, too. I am very relaxed, but not drowsy after taking them. The initial reaction eventually subsides for me and then is followed by hours of productive focus. Like, seriously, productive focus, which is what I attribute to him playing with such an odd collection of items for so long on that first day. I would also like to mention that I take magnesium at night, the powdered kind, in water, to help me sleep. I previously tried this with my son, but it was too sour for him. It can make me really drowsy, which is why I take it right before bed. I find these gummies to be superior. Zero upset tummy from either of us. Will be ordering more; and love that they are produced in Georgia.

I waited until we had mad it through almost both bottles of these. It just didnt work for us. We still had to do melatonin at night to help him calm and settle down. So we were not able to replace this for that. I also think it had the opposite desired effect on his behavior. It honestly mad him more volatile and wired in my opinion. Probably just not a good fit for us.

Es un excelente producto mi niña tiene 3 años y apenas hablaba es increíble lo q esto hizo en la vida de mi hija estuve observando por un mes aver q le hacía y increíble de no hablar nada empezó a decir cositas y ya habla bastante no fluido pero mucho más sé q quizás no lo crean porque así estuve yo pero si ai papis mirando este comentario no soy médico recomiendo q lo consulten pero denle esto a su hijo si tiene halguna condición mi niña tiene déficit en el habla y lo máximo no me falta nunca se lo doy en las tarde porque a parte de todo la relaja es uno de los beneficios q tiene el producto además de q sirve para la cosentracción inténtenlo y luego me dicen
