Not suitable for use in the UK (or europe generally)
Never discovered how good the product is due to going up in smoke when plugged in. This product is for the North Amaerican market and expects 120V supply not 220/240V. IT SHOULD NOT BE SOLD HERE The exploded item was returned for a full refund. Thank you for that.

The juicer is not working and the number given to call for help is not even a valid number. Please do not buy it. Such a waste of money, and no one is replying to the email as well, Is the seller even genuine? I doubt it. I need either replacement or refund. This won't be tolerated. You can't fool the customers by sending defective products!.
