Do not purchase
I used this product or tried to use it for tennis elbow. It sucks. Doesn’t wrap around like it claims. Too bulkyEven the 🥶 thingies don’t stay cold. They last about 5 seconds.DO NOT PURCHASEICE WORKS SO MUCH BETTER.

Way Too Heavy and knife required to remove the strap stitches
What idiot at Vive decide to SEW teeny, tiny stitches to hold the straps together so you can’t open the dang Velcro strains without a knife? Is there a Velcro strap thief about, lurking in the box corners?Rather than damaging the straps to free them of stitches, I decided to return. Not just because of that but this thing weighs a ton! If you’re a weight lifter, this would be perfect! It’s just too heavy to wear for your average person.I’ll stick to my ice pack and find some free standing Velcro straps on my own!

Vive product: Durable, comfortable, high quality!!
This is by far worth the money. Highly durable, ice/gel packs stay cold/hot for a long time. I also like the convenience, that I can put the entire brace and gel packs in the freezer, take it out and put it on right out of freezer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for any injuries. They make other ones as well for different body parts.

Elbow Ice Pack
It's not as bendable at the elbow as I had hoped so I could wear it typing. It does stay cool for a long time though and has good coverage.

Awesome upper arm chiller
Some ice packs do not chill much, or hold the firm shape and chill for long. This wrap is very cold after a night in the freezer (you do have to freeze these things overnight, none of them are ready after just a few hours). The filler was just pliable enough to allow me to shape it slightly around my arm, but not mushy like some. Not hard like ice either. The wrap was very easy to put on with one hand. You can start the velcro through the plastic clips, then slide it on and tighten with one hand. It feels very comfortable as well. The overall quality seems great to me. Nothing unraveling, and it is sewn very nicely. I put the entire thing in the freezer. Don't know how well the plastic parts will fare in the freezer, or how easy cold packs are to reinsert after you freeze them alone. But the product works very well. It stays up where I put it and doesn't annoy me. Great invention.

Works for Bursitis elbow.
After seeing my doctor who referred me to an expensive specialist, I ordered the elbow cooling pad. After just one cooling treatment my elbow improved 50%. This product is sturdy-almost too sturdy. It is made of quality materials. Cool it is the freezer and use it for 20 minutes as recommended by online doctors. The only draw back is the unit will slide down the arm because of its weight and because arms are tapered. Otherwise, great.

Not easy to put on by yourself
This really worked for my tennis elbow, but it's not easy to put on yourself. I often had to have help to get it tightened. If this goes on one arm, that means you only have one hand to manipulate the velcro straps, adjust the wrap itself, and get in the right place. Not at all easy to do with one hand. I did manage many times to put it on, but it was always a struggle. If the part of the wrap that sits underneath the top of the wrap had velcro to hold it in place, putting this on with one hand would be a little easier.

Great for post sports activity icing
I bought this wrap to ice my forearm following playing tennis. I keep the entire wrap in the freezer. It stays colder much longer than my therapy sleeve. This is due to having multiple gel packs. No problem icing for 20+ minutes whereas my sleeve barely stays cold enough for 10 minutes. Only minor different is that the sleeve is very easy and convenient for one to slip over one's forearm whereas it took a couple times to find the best method to wrap this sleeve on my forearm arm. However, I recommend this wrap for cold therapy over a thinner therapy sleeve as it gets and stays much colder.

Good product let down by QC fault
High-quality product, let down by manufacturing fault in one of the ice packs. Works really well, stays in place on your elbow and delivers 360° cold all over the affected area. A little bit finnickity to put on, you have to squat next to a table lay your arm parallel to that table and put it on that way. Sadly had to return, due to a manufacturing fault in one of the ice packs which ended up with scalding hot gel over my hand after it came out in the microwave, which incidentally I had followed to the letter the instructions for heating.

Four gel packs for the price of one!
A few months ago I badly sprained my ankle, including significant soft tissue damage of my foot, ankle, and lower leg, an avulsion fracture of the ankle, and stress fractures in my foot. I just had an orthopaedic boot rather than a cast, and was advised to apply ice at the beginning to ease the pain and swelling. The "beginning" however, has lasted for four months, as I'm still in significant pain, and the swelling has only recently begun to subside a little – so I've had to continue using the ice for four months! Gel packs like this are so much easier than ice, as they can be manipulated for a close fit, aren't "lumpy" and uncomfortable like ice or even frozen peas, are less likely to cause freezer burn (in my experience), and stay pliable even when frozen (though I'd advise letting them sit for 5-10 minutes out of the freezer before use if you want them to be a bit more pliable). The gel pack I used at first was fine, but I had to purchase a separate sleeve to wrap it in and secure it around my leg/ankle; and of course, when I needed to use it again a couple of hours later, it still hadn't completely re-frozen. This pack is great because there are four of them, so either I can put all four in the sleeve and use as directed, strapping it around my lower leg and ankle rather than elbow as suggested, or I can use them one or two at a time, knowing that the others are in the freezer and will be ready when I need to use them a couple of hours later. they are slightly smaller than the original single one I bought, but are only slightly more expensive – which for me does feel like four for the price of one, with a free strapped sleeve thrown in! Highly recommended.

Fiddly
Works well and although sold as for elbow I am pretty sure I will be using it on knees calves and hamstrings. Instructions say heat I'm microwave with 5 second intervals, they are having a laugh! You will be there all day and have RSI at the end of it with taking them out and in all the time. Only other complaint is its very fidly to fit single handed. I marked where the straps needed to be tightened to so I assemble it all off my arm and pull it on like a sleeve.

Functional and well made
The elbow ice pack is well made and functional. The ice packs can be removed easily from the protective covering and reinserted with ease. This product has been excellent in aiding my sports injury. The only issue is if you don't have very big arms the ice pack cover may not strap as tight as needed. We have to over tighten the straps to hold on my arm.
