The bench is surprisingly very light weight but appears to be sturdy while I am exercising on it. Only needed to remove 2 push pins to fold and unfold the bench. Offers the ability to have so many more exercise moves with it.

Item is great value. Hold my weight plus all the weight i need to do bench press (150kg in total its holding and should easily be able to hold more). Perfect - no issues. Doesn't seem to go completely flat - but ever so slightly elevated incline which i dont care about.

Very nice item! Really easy to built upon taking out the box, it basically arrived built and only required the foot panel to be installed (2 bolts) and then some connector rods (3 to be stuck through). The item is very sturdy and can hold a good weight! It’s really comfy and adjusts to the height you need depending on the workout / weights you’re lifting. It comes complete with some resistance bands which you can upgrade when needed. Overall it’s a lovely item and arrived well packed (double boxed) and is a fairly good price!

The weight bench is easy enough to setup and I got it in my home gym space so I can actually do workouts at home now. Build quality is decent and there is plenty of adjustability for this particular one as well. It folds easily as well so even if you arent going to be using it for awhile, it wouldn’t take much space at all when it is put in the side. It supports upto 220 kg so most people are good to go when using this.
