Works for my 1995 Dodge Dakota. Sticks out a little around the edges. Screws almost lined up was able to put in at slight angle. Wire plugged right in to original plug on truck. Good replacement for first generation Dakota.

Nice replacement for your old Cherokee.

Fits pretty good a little more bulky then the original but screw holes line up good and the led's are bright and grab your attention. Would have given it 5 stars if it would have been more streamline.

Break makey go no.

Went to install this today after receiving it on Dec 13th. Wires came loose while trying to plug in the light. Original plastic still on lens. Cannot repair. Holes are too small to solder. Since it's been more than 30 days since I've received it, no help from store or Amazon. Will not buy from thos company again unless they see this and respond. Will try other means to get in touch with company.

Good for the money

With that said, the product itself was lacking in quality. The wires are so thin that they WILL break easily if not varedul during plug in and installation. The plug is a direct into the "bulb" connection, not into the harness connection. Since into the bulb connector, the wires (again, very thin) are just draped over the plastic and spread out or flatten or move with no connection when plugged in, so you only get so many tries before the wire breaks or just won't make a good connection at all. Once I got all the wires and stars aligned, I tested the light to be sure it worked before finishing the install. I then found that the frame and foam watertight protection would not allow the light to fit into the location on my 2000 Jeep XJ upper center hatch door. I finally fanagled that install issue and found that the light now seemed to cause issues with the other taillamps when using the turn signals and flashers. I contacted Amazon the next day and obtained authorization to rerurn the product and will look for something of better quality and plugs directly into the harness and not the light bulb connector.

A small unit that fitsthe tailgate or back of cab easily. Quite effective in the dark so does its job.

Plug and play for the most part. Do n o t overtighten but also do not under tighten. The weather seal is kinda dodgy and sits really tall. Good and seemingly only option for that blacked out look.

Do not order this item it doesn't fit the bodywork or the electrical connection Save your money and get some black misting paint
