There is an option for wall mount you just need to remove the stand mount to see the wall mount. There is a small release button on the back just below the stand mount.

Does this monitor have a fan built in it? I saw a previous review mentioning fan noise.

Yes, the ASUS 27” 1080P Video Conference Monitor (BE279QSK) with the webcam is height adjustable. You can easily move it up and down from 0mm to 150mm. It's what I love most about the monitor, since I can adjust it so easily when I move from sitting to standing at my sit-stand desk.
