Routledge Thinking Arabic Translation: A Course in Translation Method: Arabic to English

Excellent book for advanced speakers. It offers deep insight into the logistics of translation. There are also new added chapters in this new addition. My only gripe is that the tasks and exercises don’t have a sample answer- so you’re left to work it out yourself -and have nothing to compare your answer too!

I had an older edition of the book, but now with this updated, revised and expanded edition the book looks far better and more comprehensive. Those interested in Arabic-English translation and its applications will definitely find Dickins' book quite interesting and indispensable to their must-have book list!
