Excellent product
I used it for the carpet in my through lounge area. It was easy to assemble and handle and did a good job of cleaning my carpet. It was recommended to me by my daughter.

Very good machine but very noise
Very powerful- for stain absolute 💯 % but very noise I couldn't work with it for even 20 minutes. Otherwise I love it.

Poor quality, not working after minimal use.
Had this for two years now. The product is now making a loud screeching sound when in use. The tank is also leaking. Disappointed with the quality. As it’s not a product that is used everyday I feel it should have lasted much longer.

For the money paid you expect amazing top notch. It does the job. The down side is as someone with sensitive hearing to some sounds this caused pain deep in my ears as it seems to produce a high pitch sound. The suction for sucking up the water isn't great and you have to put a little pressure on it for it to suck up a decent amount of water.
