Vollrath14" Wear-Ever CeramiGuard II Fry Pan w/ Cool Handle

This is one of the best nonstick pans I've ever used. Bottom isn't anodized because this is a commercial pan, but I could care less as I use mostly commercial or near-commercial stuff in my kitchen anyway.After many weeks of use, though always using only nylon utensils, the nonstick surface is nearly unmarred. The surface of every other nonstick pan I've ever had quickly dries out and/or starts to badly scratch up using JUST nylon utensils.Also, note that the surface of this pan is REALLY slick. Finally, a tip on cleaning nonstick pans: the best way to clean them is to heat them up a bit after you are done and the splash a cup or so of water into them. This will lift the fond, which you can use for gravy or just toss as part of the cleanup. After lifting the fond, running the pan under a sprayer in the sink and followed by a quick wipe with a paper towel is all that is usually needed.

A nice big pan. Durability rating is based on about 12 other pans I have that are the same although in smaller sizes, that are very durable and I see no reason this large one won't be as good as its compatriots. I've used it several times already and it is good for one thing that takes the whole pan as well as separately cooking two things in each half (because it's so big.) Nice option to have in this large size.

This pan has become my absolute favorite go-to pan. Its large size is perfect for big meals for my family of five. The nonstick surface is perfect--no sticking with zero fat added to pan. I was pleasantly surprised to find that things brown up nicely in this pan as well--many non-stick pans I have used in the past don't work well for browning. The material of the pan itself allows for the most even heating I have seen; the bottom of the pan is 12" across (14" across top) and yet if I am cooking a sauce in the pan, the entire surface is covered with bubbles--no "hot spots". I am absolutely THRILLED with my purchase and, after MUCH research and debating, am so glad I ended up choosing this pan. You will not be disappointed. As to the other reviewer who said he received two pans with scratches on them, I can only say that mine arrived in pristine condition.

This is my go to skillet. I've had it for a year or so and I love it. Great heat distribution. Cleans up easily. Great shape for flipping food. I would suggest using plastic cookware with this skillet. I am noticing fine scratches starting to develop in the ceramic coating. It has not affected its performance yet, but I'm afraid over time it may. If it does I will buy another one.

Wow! Huge pan with even heat! Perfect for large meals with sauce and meat. Just made Chicken Cordon Bleu with 12 chicken breasts. Was able to fit sauce and chicken all into the pan to serve!

Excellent for cooking.... The best I've used, but... Very large pan, wish the side were shallower. Very difficult to fit into most residential sinks.

Superb quality cookware, flawless transaction, no complaint of any kind. It was a good decision from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Cooks well so far with no warping, and the surface is a good no-stick. At this size, however, it should have a handle to hold up the other side. I am having to get used to having an oven mitt close by to pick it up while cooking.
