What size screws should i get to connect projector to the shroud, since it didnt come with any?

You should NOT screw the shroud to the projector. You can easily force the screw into a working component or it could affect the light output. Just use JB Weld, or Silicone. Or dont be cheap and buy $5 Projector Shroud Centric Rings that will make the shroud "click" on and off the projectors housing and wont require any screws (LOL!) or JB Weld.

Exactly how long is the projector?

The projector is already installed in my car but if I had to guess i'd say the total length from the projector lens to the end of its housing is around 6 inches. This is just my guess. I retrofitted it in a 99 civic headlamp with no clearance issues. I would contact the seller to see if you could get exact dimensions of the product.Thank You.

My 2015 tundra uses 9003/h4 bulbs. does this convert to h1? or do i use the h4 adapter and a harness?

This is H1 already, H4 adapter comes with it. I kept the H1 and bought HID set with the harness for it.
