Park Smart Garage Door Seal (Gray) - 16'x3.5x.5

I really thought the price was right when I saw this. I needed a seal to keep the rain water out. It works great. One thing it includes is the glue with the gun to apply. The second we used the gun it broke. It looked rusted and old. That is unfortunate given the price I paid. Like I said, I thought the price was fair given everything included. I wish they would check the products before shipping. It would have 5 stars if everything worked.

It arrived via UPS about 10 days after ordering. All inclusive - pkg contained the rolled up seal and two tubes of adhesive that you really had to use sparingly in order reach across 16 foot opening. I like this seal as it was easy to cut for a perfect fit, the raised area was reversable depending on how you wanted the bottom edge of the garage door to contact the seal. You had plenty of time to adjust the seal to the garage floor and under pressure from the closed door, cured up overnight. The gray color DOES show dirt and tire tracks so I should've gotten the brown one but other than that, it's a good buy, especially if you have cracks in your garage floor or damaged surfaces. Big box hardware stores don't carry these in any form.

Have seen this product for a while but wasn't sure about it. Glad I ordered it.The material is nice and heavy (I unrolled it and let it sit for an hour or two) and it came with both the glue and the gun - unlike another review, the gun was new and did what it was supposed to do.I have had the product in place now for a few weeks and it is working great. My garage floor is a bit uneven (about 1/2 inch from right to left) and through some judicious alignment, the seal between the door and this product works great and prevents things from blowing under. No water has yet to come in through my garage door.Fantastic product and highly recommended.

This is our second purchase of this type on seal. They do work to keep water from coming in under the garage door itself. It still seeps in some in the very corner between the track and the wall, plan to take some extra piece and put it there. I might add that our garage floor is very uneven, it has been through several stroms now, for the most part we are pleased.

Product itself is satisfactory...will see if it holds up to the AZ heat.However, I ordered two (as I have three car garage with two doors) and neither came with a caulking gun as promised. No big deal as I already own a few of my own, but neither package came with Liquid Nails, but rather, some adhesive that is a know carcinogen.This IS a big deal as my garage is located directly below my three year old daughter's room and I had no intention of putting down a lethal substance that might allow toxic fumes to come into my home. So I was out additional money to purchase tubes of adhesive to apply the product.Bottom line, this product was not as represented and did not include what it promised.

Works so far. I bought this, but the temp here in Denver hasn't reached 20 degrees for a week, so the snow has not melted to be able to see if this works as advertised. It was easy to install and shipped quickly.

I needed something to keep rain water and bugs from entering my garage through a gap under my garage door. It was relatively easy to install and works well so far.

Arrived on schedule and come with all parts and instructions. Still needs to be installed, but should be a breeze.
