I had done my due diligence when researching pregnenolone and felt that this product was reputable. I was very happy with the results only after a week of using the product. The thing that I really appreciated about this company was the pdf book that they sent me in my email. The information in the book on hormone activity and the specifics of what blood levels they consider optimal was very insightful. The book further educates you on how to approach your hormones and the science behind their reasoning. I think this book should be a mandatory read for all Endocrinologists. Take back your life and educate yourself on the causation to your physical being.

My Naturopath doctor recommended Pregnenolone for my rheumatoid arthritis to aid in inflammation since it is the precursor to hormones in our bodies. I maybe should have started at a lower dose (had a few minor skin eruptions as my body was adjusting to the added hormones), so reduced this product from daily to every other day until my body makes the adjustment. Skin response is back to normal. I do believe it is a quality product and look forward to positive results.

This is a hard item to rate because I would like to rate it separately as Pregnenolone and separately as this specific brand of Pregnenolone. So first, for the specific hormone Prenenolone as a whole, I think it deserves four stars as a steroid when used at low dose for a short period of time, it can be very helpful with certain medical conditions like adrenal fatigue. However, it is a hormone, so it should be used very carefully and with lots of research and education on what dose you should be taking and never at high dose or for long periods of time.Next, to rate this specific brand of Pregnenolone, this dosage, 25 mg., is really too high for most people, so I would only give this brand two stars (thus the average of three stars between the two ratings). Most people shouldn't be on a dosage higher than 5 or 10 mg a day to avoid hair loss, cystic acne, mood swings, and a lot of other side effects.What I do like about this brand, though, is that it is good quality and the capsules are small, so if you have a medical condition that would require this high a dose for a short period of time, I would highly recommend this brand.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

My daughter and I have been taking it for about a month or so already.We take it to help increase the Pregeneolone in our bodies because ours is already low and low Pregeneolone has been knows to increase seizures during specific life changing periods such as adolescence and menopause years.To add to that benefit, it also helps with cognitive.

Not sure, but I suspect that this product contributed to a serious health issue. Hormones are nothing to play around with.If your tests and your doctor tell you that you need something like this, well give it a try. Otherwise, stay away. Is my advice.
