I almost couldn't believe my eyes. an accurate micro version of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System! One of the most adorable little items I've ever seen. I own the SNES mini and I thought THAT was cute! LOL!This little guy is intricately, painstakingly detailed - and lovingly so, I'd say. I am highly impressed with the accuracy of the design. Every detail of the original unit is captured in this model - every single side is accurate. They even sculpted the rear video connectors (with labels!!!). Atop sits a Super Mario World game cart with a pair of controllers that rest on the top and side of the unit which are also excellently detailed.There is a door on the bottom for a battery (included with my unit). I figured it would just turn on some lights for effect. No, it plays music and sounds from the Super Mario World game! Awesome!Seriously, this thing is super cool and super cute - well worth the purchase. I can imagine these ornaments, when sold out, will most likely go up in value. They are so very well crafted, especially for being mass-produced miniature reproductions of an already highly-intricate and precisely designed gaming system.I also bought the NES and Sega Genesis models and they are similarly awesome with equally high levels of quality and detail!

The Super Mario World theme song is by far one of my favorite game songs ever, and it never fails to make me smile. It's a decent size, and fits perfectly with my 4 ft tall tree. The sound is pretty loud for such a small ornament, and it's triggered by pressing the power button on it. It also goes well with my other Super Mario themed ornaments from Hallmark. I'm so glad I bought this!

This little ornament brings back very fond childhood memories ♥️ I bought it as a gift, but now I want one for myself.The batteries are included, but you have to put them in yourself. I thought it was a liiiittle expensive for an ornament, but it does play music, and the paint job is immaculate (even though the sticker on the game cartridge is a tiny bit crooked), so I'd say it was more than worth it. 👌🏼

This is an amazingly detailed piece of art! It has such fine details and seems well made. If I had any complaint, it is that it's a little loud. But It is wonderful, plays the best music and sounds from Super Mario World. Absolutely the best gift for the Nintendo nerd in your life, tree or not.
