will the pads remove scratches in granite

Depending on how deep scratch is, these pads work good.

How many square feet of concrete can I grind

That all depends on the concrete and the pressure you apply. If you’re using a wet grinder the friction is decreased. I will go through more of the lower end 50’s and 100’s then the top end pads.

Can I use these pads on quartz?

Yes, this system worked great on my quartz install. I would recomend viewing a few videos on the internet first.
