This Pilates bar is great! It is simple to put together and take apart and can be stored easily in a small space. I have so much fun working out with this. It makes working out enjoyable and I can already feel myself becoming stronger. I found some great videos on YouTube with additional workouts that you can use with this bar, too. It works so many different muscles! I take it with me to the park or even to work sometimes just to get a quick workout in. I was worried about my hands getting sore but the bar has nice padding around it. Definitely recommend this one!

I didn't think I'd like this thing as much as I do!! With the weather cooling down here, im not getting to workout outside how I normally do so I've been working outside at home. Love love love using this to workout my abs and legs. Super easy and I even use it to stretch.I love that it comes with a manual!

The bands literally have no resistance. I hardly ever work out and it was way too easy. Maybe for someone who is doing physical rehab but not for the average person

The bar is not as simple to connect in the middle. You have to go by feel to snap in place. As the parts connecting are covered in foam. It's not impossible , but definitely not for you if you have arthritis in your fingers or any dexterity issues. There's no carry bag , so you'll have to buy your own if you don't already have one. But it is simple and convenient to have in your closet for a quick work out.

After the first usage, my abs and legs were burning. I was impressed at how this pilates bar really works you out. First time using one and it's great.

Good quality and easy to assemble & use. What more can you ask for out of your excersise equipment.

I love that it stores easy! My problem area is my armes and this is perfect ! I love this addition to my home gym. Easy assemble.
