It worked perfectly.
The assembly was a little different than the original resulting in a larger pilot light flame, however after adjusting the flame height, it works perfectly!

Perfect replacement
After studying the Installation manual and troubleshooting guide from CFM Home Products, I determined that the pilot gas burner is the cause why my pilot light does not turn on. I found Stanbroil Natural Gas Pilot Assembly Replacement Part for my Majestic Fireplace and it was a perfect replacement for the original. The installation was surprisingly easy and and all had to do to complete the installation, was putting Fire Barrier sealent under the pilot burner assembly and do a gas leak check with soapy water. Nedless to say, I saved a lot of money by fixing the problem myself!
