This viking warrior design was inspired by an artist's work at deviantart.com (http://roblfc1892.deviantart.com/gallery/). He was kind enough to let me use it for one of my wallets. I have an affinity for old Celtic or Viking knotwork. I think it's just beautiful. It brings to mind druids and woodlands and fairies. Not much basis in fact but fun to dream about as I work. This is a handcrafted leather wallet. I cut out the shape, carved the design, and hand stitched it. No machines were used. Just me and my hampering cats in my little craft shop. This wallet will last you a lifetime and it will get more beautiful with age. How many things can you say that about? With regular use it will develop a burnished look and will mold to the shape of the pocket you keep it in. The interior of this wallet is soft and tough. Credit cards fit snugly into 12 assigned slots. There are 2 compartments for cash or slips of paper. It is hand stitched with tough nylon sinew that has 70lb test strength. **Since this item is "made to order", the item you will receive will be similar to this one but there will be some minor differences.
