Q: Does this watch come with a battery?

The instructions say to wind it but I have discovered it runs very well without winding. Since reading this question, I looked carefully to see if there's a slight slot for opening the back of the watch -- there is. This is a very nice watch that has served me very well.

Q: How big is the watch? Last one I bought was smaller than my wristwatch. Very disappointed.

This pocket watch was regular size like what you would find in a jewelry store. The numbers on this pocket watch are big enough to see without having to use a magnifying glass. I was really happy with it and I’m very picky about the gifts I give. I hope this helps you.
