When I found this product it had many 5 star reviews and feedback, however upon purchasing and coming back to this page I see that it only has one review that is a 1-star? I am not sure how they got that scam to work through Amazon; but this product does not work as intended. When I first received the ear buds I charged up the case and came back hours later to try them out. The instructions were written with weird shorthand by someone who hardly knew English and there were multiple typos in the user manual which was my first red flag. The right ear bud never turned on and permanently has its red light on inside the charging case. I have already emailed their customer support and if it does not get sorted out then these are being sent right back. Don't waste your time or money.

I would have like to have seen a stronger connection signal between the ear buds and my phone. I have some others that have not had any issues connecting to my phone when it is in my pocket. These are good as long as you don't have your phone in your pocket, they will drop the signal.

Arrived not charged, case would not charge even after hours of sitting on charger, earbuds would not connect to charging case. Even after jiggling earbuds into position, only one would connect to the case

I loved the sound and the convenience of these buds, however, after about 45 days one of the buds stopped working. The problem is that the company will not support the product. After several attempts to contact the company via email as well as using Amazon's services to connect to the company I gave up. There simply is no customer support for this product. Thank you Amazon for trying.

I have used 4 other pairs of blutooth earbuds over the ears and I just do not understand how ~2500 people have reviewed these simptronic earbuds and they are all happy with their purchase. My right earbud wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. I plugged in the case with earbuds inside for 12 hours and the right earbud would never activate. I've never had such an awful purchasing experience with anything through Amazon.

Right ear bud dint work or charge.

The right earbud does not connect, the sound in the left is tinny and I do not notice much in the way of noise cancellation. I contacted the customer service center and have not gotten a response. This is what I get when I go cheap.
