Zippers broke on the very first time using this!
I bought this bag for a business trip. while I was at the airport unzipping it to get my laptop out, the zipper broke...on day 1. I had a week long trip I still had to complete. then on the last day of my trip as I was removing something from the back section, that zipper broke. I had to basically duct tape the bag together to bring it back home. I'm hoping I can get a refund because I am so disappointed with this purchase! how do both zippers break on the very first trip? I do not recommend this to anyone to purchase.

Great bag - well organized - just a bit bigger than I wanted
I ordered this bag intended to put everything into it I want to have on the road plus my purse as well. Unfortunately it ended up being a little larger than I expected. The bag is great quality and well put together - just bigger than I wanted so I returned it. The seller made that process very easy for me and quickly refunded my payment. Thumbs up for the seller! This will be a great bag for the right person.
