This is such a good product but this seller kept on increasing it’s price! You can buy this for £11.99 in other sellers. Boots for £12!

Warning: Can degrade stitches
These helped massively with the pain but I think they contributed significantly to my episiotomy stitches breaking down on day 2. Would steer clear of anything damp if you've had stitches!

Only first few were better
The first few liners gave the cooling effect and could feel it but after that it was very less, may be after opening the pack the effect becomes less.
