After using this for several months, it's a bit unruly. You have to stick your hand up inside the middle to get the stragglers and try to avoid being cut. Cheese sticks to it, as does fine gratings like lemon peel. That goes for cleaning, too.So as fancy as it is, I found I prefer the flat grater that I can just flip and get more of the gratings, flip and wash.OH WELL!
