[Edited - Seller sent me a new one upon giving a review and the new one hasnt broken yet. Im thinking the first one I got that was broken was probably part of a bad batch. Either way cant complain as the new one has been working perfectly for me!]I bought this product because of its Magsafe capabilities. And it worked perfectly in the beginning. But after a month of use, the Magsafe charger stopped working and my phone charged at extremely slow lengths. At first I thought it was because I had my Apple Watch or Airpods charging so I removed them both and it still didnt charge fast enough. So now I just dont use the phone charger and only use it to charge my Apple Watch or Airpods. However even then both arent charging. Tried everything including replacing the brick with another one or using a different usbc cord. Thing doesnt work anymore.

Edit - seller is very prompt and sent me a replacement that had no issues. Charging on the mag safe was already fast and now it’s the watch and AirPods charge normal speed. Thank you seller.I wanted to love this charger. It was reasonably priced, good looking and takes less space than most 3 in 1 chargers. The phone charger works really well. Magnets are strong but the other two chargers are quite bad. The watch charger is too slow and the AirPods charger doesn’t work at all. It shows the charging light but 3 hours later the charge would have moved up 20%. Also AirPods charger is always the warm to touch which is weird for a wireless charger.

This thing stopped working within the year. First the watch charger started working only occasionally and then the phone charger stopped working completely as well. Very cheap and poorly made product.

UPDATE - The Seller CeslaviaUS contacted me and was very engaged in resolving the issue. I've never had customer service like that before. Turns out the issue was related to a bug in WatchOS 8.4. The researched it and let me know an update to 8.4.1 should resolve the issue. I updated and tested it out and the issue now appears to be gone. I'll be happy to buy from them again.I really wanted to like this charging station. The Magsafe worked great for my iPhone with Magsafe case. The charging station for the Airpods worked great. But my watch (series 7) kept making the charging tone every few minutes, like it lost connection and then regained the connection and started charging again. I tried putting my watch on silent and that fixed the audible tone, but it still kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I really liked the design and the weight, it felt like it was built very well.

I love the design of this charger. Looks great and is super easy to use and it's great to be able to charge my phone, watch and airpods at the same time. Unfortunately after 3 months of use it stopped charging my phone. The charger for the watch still works but the fact it doesn't work on my phone is a great disappointment.Update to my review: Great customer service from the manufacturer, they are replacing the unit and responded to my review in a timely manner. Nice to see a manufacturer doing the right thing with their customers.

I’ll tell ya, bought two of these and was extremely happy I did. Everything worked perfectly, and everything I put to charge at bedtime was fully charged in the morning. It also has a sleek beautiful look. Unfortunately, only lasted 7months! So the one I got for myself still charges my watch fine, but the phone and AirPod charger is completely useless. The phone shows as charging, but charges zero all night long. The AirPod doesn’t even show as charging. The other one does not charge the watch (which is what my wife wanted it for!). I really expected this product to last longer than 7 months! I almost want my money back or at the very least have these replaced just in case I just got a bad batch. Very disappointed.

Five stars now! I normally don’t change reviews but the company contacted me right away and replaced free of charge the broken charger. I am completely satisfied and thankful for the amazing fast communication and how fast they shipped me the new one.I bought this 3-in-1 charger because it is compact. It worked great for 2 weeks. The magnet is nice and strong, I never feel like the IPhone 13 is going to slip off, the watch charger magnet is strong too. I noticed Tuesday the phone was charged in the morning but the watch was not, I thought maybe I hadn't lined things up correctly and went to work. That evening I set the phone on the charger and when I went to bed i noticed that there is a blue light that lights up when the phone is charging but not the watch, they have been lighting up until the beginning of the week. Kind of sad that it was only good for such a short amount of time. I know it was not really expensive, but I thought it would have worked longer. I really liked it because of the small size, it fits perfect on my small night stand. I hope Amazon or the company will replace this item, I really do like it, I only gave it 1 star because it quit working so quickly. Otherwise I would definitely give it 5 stars.
