Very convenient to use

I like it, mostly cuz it is longer. I just wish the material was a little thicker or maybe if it was lined to add a little warmth. It is thin so you need to wear a warm jacket. I have only been out in it during a light rain and didn't rain long, v so don't know how it holds up in a heavy pour?

Compact design, easy to carry and store for a rain poncho.I like the waterproof zipper. Makes the poncho easier to put on without sacrificing functionality. I’m leaving this in my locker at work for bad weather days after work. The poncho provides better all around rain protection than umbrella and would be much more efficient in keeping my purse dry.

I ordered this for the go-bag I keep in the car. The idea is to have some basics for when travel goes wrong or you just need something while traveling. A go-bag isn't a bug-out bag. Bug-out bag stuff is stuff that's supposed to see you through Armageddon. Go-bad stuff stays in the car and might get stolen, gets used and replenished as needed, etc.About the poncho: the build quality is good, it has a hood, it has plastic snaps on the side to keep them closed, it fits as expected, it folds up small. The pocket is made of the same material as the poncho - hence waterproof. This thing will see you through a rainstorm and you'll want to fold it back up and use it again. The disposable ponchos fold up smaller, but aren't as good.

I keep this in my Jeep as when we are on the trail the weather seems to change in a quick minute. I have had to use this a few times already and I love that it is truly "rainproof". It will keep you dry and then when no longer needed can be hung or draped to dry then packed away for future use, This can also be used as a shelter if need be, I love multi use items. This is a simple item but is worth its weight in gold when you need it, I will need another for my camping box as I feel it is just that handy. Very versatile and worth keeping 1 or 2 around as you never know when you may need it.

Unlike cheap plastic rain ponchos, this poncho is a good quality, reusable one that can be stored easily in your car or carried in your backpack while hiking. I like that this poncho buttons in the front and is designed to be worn over your backpack. Like a lot of waterproof gear, wearing it can make you hot and sweaty, but being able to unbutton this poncho makes all the difference. I sent it with my teen son to summer camp because I know they do a lot of hiking. He didn't use it but it was small enough for him to pack in his duffle bag and gave me some peace of mind that he had it if he needed it.
