Littles and Bloomz 12 Bamboo Reusable Nappy Insert Cloth Diaper Booster, BB12

We used these alongside the cloth nappies. Super absorbent. We do a quick rinse cycle prior to longer wash cycle as we found that they weren't coming out smelling fresh. However, I have since discoverd that we possibly should have been doing that all along!

This is a good quality product and after reading reviews I had high hopes. First night it worked great on my toddler and prevented, the dreaded night time leaks. But after that, it was happening night after night again. I used in his normal disposable nappy, it does make the nappy more snug, when inserted. But for my toddler, he would wake up and the insert would be soaked, his skin saturated and his bits all squished. I stopped using to prevent nappy rash and it just didn't look comfortable.I doubt i am using this wrong, maybe my kid is just a super pee-er. I ended up just using nappies a size bigger for night time. That has prevented all leaks since.My kid is 18months old, if night time leaks start again we will start potty training as he is wearing the biggest size nappies, 6+ at nights.

I was hoping to find something like the booster inserts that used to be sold by Tots Bots but this is too large to fit in their nappies so not what I am looking for with the brand that we have got.

The media could not be loaded.  The inserts are great quality, highly absorbent and fit well into the nappies. The elasticated ones help to prevent leaking now that our baby is older and wets her nappies in greater quantities and are less bulky than doubling up on the normal inserts.

I bought this product with a view to making my own reusable incontinence pads. They are perfect. You need to attach (sew) a waterproof fabric to one side of each diaper. To help keep them in position and if you’re feeling adventurous you can sew a tab to either side of the diaper to fasten with a press stud under the gusset of your pants

I'm an older person with incontinence issues and use disposable pull-ups, these inserts work perfectly for me as I don't have to replace the pull-ups as frequently, plus works out cheaper than using disposable inserts.

Really soft and absorbant. Do the job well.

Although both inserts are different their both very good and very absorbant.I've bought both bamboo and microfiber inserts and their both great.I use 2 inserts every nappies and 2 inserts last for 4hours.For the night although the nappies very thick I use 3inserts in the pocket and 1 outside the pocket with a reusable liner and that works 8hours for me.I mix the inserts so I can have better absorbency. It works :)
