If you are interested in the FIRE (Financially Independent Retire Early) Community, then this book is for you! In my opinion, this is the Best way to achieve FI, through Real Estate! I started following Alan on Twitter @realestatemaxi and learned about his book. Being a fellow Realtor myself and having reached FI through investing in Residential Rentals, I was excited that someone wrote a book to explain a different path to FI. Most of the FI Community suggest to invest in Low Cost Index Funds and Dividend Stocks. House FIRE 🔥 was my path and it can be yours too😎‼️

Alan takes a topic that could be very dry and dull and breathes life into it with wit, humor and a very engaging writing style. While the book will make you laugh out loud, it contains very practical advice and carefully laid out investment strategies that would apply to beginning investors and the more seasoned. Its a fun book to rip through and Alan's excitement about making money in real estate is very infectious. Good luck reading it and NOT buying an investment property!

Like all of Alan's books, the author mixes humor with relevant tips. Great read and easy to follow!
