Ordered this pump 2 years ago and the seals failed leading to a motor failure after 2 years. Vendor was quick to respond to my issue and sent a replacement pump within a week which is functioning perfectly. Nice to have a vendor who stands behind their product, thank you!

Fresh water, vertically mounted(motor up) but there is no lip-seal or even an o-ring on the motor shaft, so it rusted out. The raw bearing race is exposed to the water chamber. Cheap and easy to install though.
