These are great vitamins. They taste great and work better. I can see new hair growing.

These seem to work well! My hair and nails are growing like crazy. The only thing I don't care for is the taste, it's a little strong, but you get used to it. Other biotin brands I've used didn't seem to work as well. Also, these are 10,000 mcg's and so are a great value for the price. No stomach upset, either.

Gummies are not too sticky and not overly sweet. The are just right.

I have been using biotin for at least two years now. But on April 1,2025 I had open heart surgery; shortly after my hair started to fall out. It was awful, I thought I was going to be bald. I shed hair in the shower and even when was sitting watching television. My doctor told me to take biotin, as much as I wanted to take. So to started to take 20,000 mcg. My hair stopped falling out and now it is growing back in and it is thick like it was 10 years ago. I’m 72 years old now. I will keep taking it. It’s vitamin B7. This brand is a good value

The taste was surprising. Bitter for me. As results go, I’ll have to keep chewing these for a few weeks to find out

that they are to chew & have good flavor. but I haven't been taking them long enough to see results yet.

I’m taking these gummies for hair and nail support while I’m taking meda that will impact my hair and nails. To be honest I can’t tell the difference I’m not sure if my hair or nails are the worse for my meds or if better for taking the gummies. But since they can’t do any harm & hopefully doing some good. I’ll be honest they taste fantastic and with all the other meds/vitamins etc I’m taking these are the ones I’d love to take more of as they taste so nice!!

Definitely noticed a difference in my nails and hair - took awhile nearly 6 months but so worth it. Nice tasting and easily chewed.

Tastes pleasant but is covered in sugar crystals. Slight aftertaste but not too bad. 15 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. It is rare to require a biotin supplement but extra biotin will pass through the system naturally. I take these gummies as part of my vitamin supplements but I'll be trying to find a sugar-free version next.

I was surprised to learn that sugar was one of the ingredients in this health product.
