How is this low fodmap if it contains oats and sugar? These are on the "avoid" list of any authorities' low fodmap protocol.

These are NOT low fodmap. The sellers are lying. There are several ingredients you should avoid if you're on a low fodmap diet. Particularly, coconut oil, palm oil, maltodextrin, and apple cider vinegar, in addition to the oats and grains. I haven't checked some of the other ingredients but I know all of those are BIG no-no's for my low-fodmap spouse and will trigger inflammation in him.

The maltodextrin in the bars comes from the white chocolate chips (brand: Pascha white chips). The maltodextrin is derived from corn.
