I received the set missing the cake sticks with animals shape

Horrible. Did not give half of the things mentioned
Balloon strip was not there. No "Happy Birthday". Instead random letters like N W I V etc was given. Animal stripped and brown balloons were missing. Table cover was missing Extremely unhappy. Should put raiting as minus.
