S8 and S8+ owners be advised, apparently the fast wireless charging option is only enabled after you use a samsung fast charger once. If you go into battery management and then advanced settings, you wont see an option for fast wireless charging- only fast cable charging, but you will after you use a samsung fast wireless charger once to enable the optiont. So go buy a genuine charger, place the phone on it and then return it.

I was a little hesitant to get a wireless charger because of what I have read about needing to remove the case from the phone for the wireless charging to work. I have an Incipo two piece case (rubber with a hard plastic cover) on my iPhone 8 and I didn't want to have to remove the case every time to charge. That would eliminate the convenience if I had to take the case off all the time. This Seneo charger has worked flawlessly. It charges through the case every time and I have never had it fail to engage the charger as soon as I place it on the stand. The stand is very stable. I am very pleased with the Seneo charger and recommend it for purchase.

I bought this wireless charger shortly after I purchased my Samsung Note 8. I had to give up all of my old charging cables which didn't go with my upgraded phone. This is the best charger that I've ever had. One day I'll actually time how long it takes to charge up from less than 10% to fully charged, but I can tell you that it is incredibly fast. The Note 8 holds great power on a full charge, but when it's low, this unit does the trick. Another one of the best things that I love about this charging unit is being able to use it on its slanted mount and it not shifting as I do. On the right surface, it really grabs hold as you operate your phone while it's charging on the base. I'd get a second one for my job, but I'm worried that someone will steal it so I guess the only place that I'll be using mine is in my media room. Kudo's Seneo!

Had email exchange with vendor in Dec.and verified model number and various testing I did with the connectiveSeneo iPhone X Wireless Charger, Fast Wireless Charger Charging Pad(No AC Adapter) for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 S8 S8 Plus S7 S7 Edge Note 5 S6 Edge Plus, Standard Charge for Apple iPhone X / 8 / 8 Plus parts to determine that it was the charger and not the outlet or cord. Have not heard back since then.Seller contacted me and replaced the charger free of charge. THANK YOU!

I have two of these, I had my first one for about 4 months and it worked amazing, charges my phone very quick for being wireless and keeps cable management simple since it can just stay in its place. since I enjoyed this so much my girlfriend gave it a try with her galaxy s6 ( I use an s7 btw) she wouldn't let me use it anymore cause she liked not plugging in her phone every night so much. that is why I bought her one recently. I have both black and sliver now and the black one hasn't lost its color yet and the silver is very nice and just as quick. I love these chargers and I think they are worth the good price for them.

Today is December 4. My return window closed on December 1st. As of this morning, my phone will not continually charge on this device. I have tried it in the case (Which has worked perfectly up until now) I have tried it out of the case (which has also worked fine until today) The device will acknowledge the phone, begin to charge by lighting up green on the bottom, then within minutes, the light is off and the device is no longer charging. Remove the phone and replace it, the process starts over. Begins charging, and stops by itself a minute or two later. Very disappointed.**Edit** Today is December 11 and by Friday December 8, StarTOP had contacted me about this review and sent me a new charger with their apologies for the defective one. The new one has functioned perfectly since I received it. Moreover, StarTOP made EVERY effort to provide outstanding customer service and to solve the problem as soon as possible. So far, it seems that I was unlucky enough to find a defective product the first time around. Thank you, StarTOP for remembering that customer service is important.

****UPDATED REVIEW *********The company saw my review and they sent me a new charger. I have had no issues with the new charger and it works beautifully. Customer service was spot on and that's something I appreciate. Thank you for standing behind your products. I guess the first one was a lemon.This charges my phone fairly quickly and there's no trying to connect the cable in the dark anymore. Just place it on the stand and that's it! Great item. Thanks!REVISED: Well, I've only had the charger since February 28th. Now it doesn't work AT ALL!! I've tried plugging it in many different outlets, thinking THAT was the problem. Used a different charging cord, thinking THAT was the problem. I guess I'll never know. I wish I could take back the 5 stars I initially gave it since it couldn't last even 2 months.

For the price, I wasn’t buying this with high expectations. I needed a wireless charging stand for an iPhone X. In the charger’s description, my X was not compatible with quick charge. My phone was at 46% and was fully charged in about 45 minuets. Fast enough for me. It gets slightly warm when charging but, when the phone is charged I notice both units are cool even if the phone stayed on the charger once charging was complete. After reading this review, you would have said the word “charge” 9 Times. I’m writing this review because I’m signed on here to buy a second one. Love it.

I like this charger. I don't know how fast it charges since I charge a Samsung Galaxy S9+ on it overnight.
