This belt is amazing. It is super well made, super comfortable, and the chains are strong and sturdy.I've owned 3 of these belts already and they all performed incredibly well.The first one I forgot at my gym and someone took it. The second one was stolen one day while I was at the beach. I'm sure the thieves are enjoying them.I emailed Rip Toned and asked if they would be so kind to give me a third belt since the first two were stolen, and their customer service was amazing. They reply to emails fast, they're kind and attentive, and they sent me a free belt since I was a long time customer. It arrived in 3 days. Can't say enough good things about them.This belt will make your body weight dips and pull ups seem like a breeze, and it will last you a long time.

This is an excellent dip belt and I have used many. Extremely comfortable, even with heavier loads. The belt snugs up well based on the weight being used and remains comfortable through the full range of motion. We use this belt not only for dips but also for squats to supplement hand held dumbbells. The chain is sufficiently long but I would appreciate an additional 6 inches or so for using 100 pound plates. Overall, this is a great belt. It is comfortable, durable, and adjusts to any size user. It is hard to think of any way to improve on this belt. In addition, the company provides video support on using the belt safely and in different ways. I think what I appreciate the most about the belt is that in the middle of a repetition the belt is so comfortable that I am only concentrating on the lift and not the feeling of a belt of weights hanging on me or digging into my back.

For 2 or 3 years, I've been using a DIY belt that I cobbled together and it got the job done, but as my reps have gone up in weight, I knew I needed something more professional and safe. I saw this belt on amazon and ordered it based on the reviews. I've only had it for about a week, but I can say that my first impression of the belt is that it's very good quality. The thickness and feel of the chain struck me first. I half expected a thinner chain and clip, so I was pleasantly surprised. The belt itself looks well made. It's thick and has a nice padding. I put it on and added a 45 lb plate and it felt great. I did a few test pull ups and it felt balanced and didn't dig into my kidneys or hips, so I was happy. Next week, I'll be shifting to a more high-weight, low-rep workout, so I'll be putting it to the test with weighted dips, pull-ups, and anything else I can think of where it makes sense.

The quality of the belt certainly seems exceptional at this point. I've found it easy to add weights to. The carabiner is in a great place, and I love the way its attached to the belt. It makes placing weights exactly where I want them for each exercise simple and fast. Not sure if its designed to do so, but when I put the belt on around my back, I don't need to hold it up while I add weights. I have a feeling my glutes do part of the holding up...lol. They didn't take any chances on the chain. The guage of it is probably enough to lift geometrically more weight than a human can. Trying to find a suggestion for improvement, I can only come up with perhaps coating the carabiner with a non slip coating as my hands are often sweaty when I'm using the belt. Not a complaint at all, just a thought on how an great product can slightly better.

This dipping/weight belt is sturdy, well made and comfortable to use for my workouts.My only issue is the fact that this particular dipping belt has a tendency to slip/slide off my body...not so much while doing dips... but more often when performing pull ups, chins etc.It fits well, but not as snug as my previous dipping belt. I am 5'7, and weight 215-220... my glutes/hipsare well developed, NOT narrow at all... somewhat disappointed... may consider repurchasing the Harbingerdipping belt?Merry Christmas, and a Healthy, Happy New Year!

I have worn these type belts throughout my athletic and training life. I bought this one so I could add weighted dips and pull ups into my routine. The belt looks great when you take it out of your bag. It is easy to use and very extremely comfortable. When using multiple 45# plates they tend to pull heavy on your hips. Since using this belt it does not dig into my hips nor leave those nasty gym marks when done. I highly recommend getting this. Let if you are serious about your training and want one that checks all the boxes.

As a long-time lifter (25 years), I can honestly say this is the best dip belt that I have used. I've always used the leather ones at the gym, and while they served their purpose, I feel that I've been missing out. This dip belt is so comfortable! There are no pressure points on my hips and the material just feels so much better! I always do weighted pull-ups with an Olympic 45, and the extra inches on the chain are perfect for looping the chain through the center of the 45 and still allowing 3-4 inches of clearance to your groin area, while not too long so the weight is hitting the floor. It really is the perfect length chain and comfortable material. I'd highly recommend this product.

This lifting belt is an exceptional value. The belt is extremely comfortable, form fitting, very stable with a heavy duty steel chain and connectors.Used a plate on pull-ups and dips. Plan on getting to 100+ lbs. if that says anything. I am not an expert but I know the difference between heavy duty and junk. This is a good belt. I'm certainly going to abuse it. I am pretty confident it will last a while. First time users should watch the video. Save yourself the embarrassment of using it wrong in the gym.

My son loves this belt. Value for money - holds up heavy weights.

Ho voluto prendere questa cintura perché quelle in vendita nei maggiori centri commerciali sembravano troppo sottili. Questa offre un ottimo supporto per la schiena ed una catena sufficientemente spessa. Per il momento ci ho zavorrato 40kg e non ha dato il minimo accenno di fatica. Penso non ci siano problemi. Dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo ne sono pienamente soddifatto.

Ich benutze den Gürtel hauptsächlich für Klimmzüge und Dips, aber es gibt noch einige andere Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Der Hersteller stellt zudem noch einige Fitnessbücher als PDF-Datei zum Download bereit. Bei diesem Kauf habe ich mehr bekommen, als ich erwartet hatte. Klare Empfehlung!

This belt has been great, exactly the quality I was hoping for for the price.I wanted to hold off on writing a review until I had used it a few times so I can comment on the durability. I've used it about half a dozen times now with a 80lb+ load each time, and it has held up very well. It sits comfortably and the chain is long enough to hold multiple plates without any issue. The snap hook is a bit on the small side but feels plenty strong.The D-rings tend to slip down on the belt loops a bit with a heavy load and appear to add stress on the loops themselves, but they can be readjusted quite easily. The stitch work is solid and remains fully intact in spite of load and movement. Overall the fit is a bit tight so if you have a 30"+ waist it might run a bit too small to comfortably carry full size 45lb plates, but it hasn't been an issue for me personally.For $40CAD this belt is a steal, and I would highly recommend it.
