Took a star, because the plastic is against the neck and sweats etc, I have a pretty small neck, probably better for women. It does say disconnect a lot but is really still connected? So great disconnect then connected but it stays connected . What's bad all the voice are Louis do everyone hears it. I bought these to use at night but when it does say something is to loud in disturbs everyone. The phone calls sound great. For the price we'll worth it. But alittle to tight around neck for men. I bought this so I can listen to my Maranatha music while on my daily walk. I live downtown in a large city and like to be aware of what's going on around me so won't wear earbuds. The sound is a bit tinny, but I knew that would be a trade off as I didn't want to buy the kind that looks like a big horse-collar around my neck. The sound is fine, the size is fine, and the price was reasonable. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

So I want to be fair I want to say I had this for about a month and a half. For that time this little neckband speaker was awesome for what it was. Originally I wanted to praise this product for at least being made of good material that could handle the things in my work environment that I threw at it. My previous neck speaker (HS) the cheapest option worked for about a year but unfortunately hated when I put sunscreen on my neck so the speaker no matter how much I wiped down my neck to dry it off hated that stuff and just flat out kept cracking and eventually broke. So with all that said this model Neckband Speaker seemed fine. I'd do the same thing dap my neck just so that the sunscreen would be on my neck still but decently dry and the speaker wouldn't crack. As of October 7th I've noticed somehow it's started cracking in the back. I can't be for sure if it's the sunscreen not mending with the material over time or maybe I wasn't as nice as I thought I was being with the speaker. I gotta say I'm a little say it's starting to crack in the back but with all that said it seems to be fully functional and still working at 100% so that's good at least. Now that I've gotten my criticism of the material cracking about after a month let me get into the positive and the negative comparing it to my previous speaker. Please note from now on I'm comparing this model to the HS speaker. If you look up Neckband Speaker the HS should come up first if you go by cheapest option.Positive:1: For the price the battery is fantastic. It lasts for two days at max clocking in at 20% percent after let's say 6 hours or use at work all day.2: The buttons are incredibly easy to figure out. The volume is easy to use on the left side and the skip button is on the right. It has a pause button on the right side that works faster than the HS model. I was impressed how fast it worked compared to the HS model. I'm not positive what the left button does on the silver part of the device as I never used it. To be clear the the volume is on the Left side right below the solver side of the speaker. Whatever that other button does it's on the left silver side. The skip button is on the right side on the right below the silver side. The pause button is on the right on the silver area of the speaker.4: For the price the sound quality is alright but this is where the praise stops for me .Negative:1: Unfortunately the it seems the speakers don't have much bass or treble so while the sound is fine and functional it's not the best best.2: Somehow the bass and terrible on the HS model I had is better for about 20$. Considering I'm paying a little extra for a different companies speakers I was expecting a little bit of a better product.3: The speaker loves to slide to the left. While it offer's the option to adjust it compared to the HS model it doesn't seem to help much. No matter what I do the speaker loves sliding the left of my neck causing it to be louder in my right ear for a couple minutes till I can adjust it again.Final thoughts:If it wasn't for that cracking so soon issue I'd probably actually rate this product at least a 3 maybe a four but that kinda bummed me out considering I paid a little extra expecting a better product.

The product is well built but the speaker quality is not the highest. Missing some bass.

Sound is completely lacking of bass and not as clear as I'd like. Also hugs my neck instead of just comfortably resting there, but probably fits fine for those who don't need to shop in big and tall sections. Would return if I hadn't waited too long. Might still use occasionally but it's mostly going to sit in a drawer.

Pairs easily to a variety of devices. The overall sound quality is tinny but I listen mostly to talk shows so its fine. I would not recommend for music. The battery life is outstanding. I work 12 hour shifts and this thing lasts the full shift.
