Purchased my first Cielo Pillcase Holder seven years ago, was an exceedingly durable all stainless steel unit, until lost. This replacement has the same qualities as the first one purchased and glad that nothing has lessened this: All American Made Product. When one purchases a Cielo product, if not lost or misplaced it surely will be a legacy passed from one generation to the next. However getting older a person suffers short term memory loss and thus it may become lost or misplaced as mine was. Glad however that Cielo maintains its quality to the highest levels all: Outstanding. Up-Date: Lost yet another Cielo Wide Mouth Single Chamber Pill Case/Holder, and can say that the Quality and Craftsmanship is simply: Outstanding. This definitely is an All American Made Medical Device and worth the price. Gettings old are not: "Golden Years," for sure with: Short Term Memory Loss and medical maladies but with this unit will keep medications: Dry and In Good Condition. Proudly Made In The U.S.A.!

We bought this container for my husband’s Nitroglycerin Pill bottle. We were advised by several different people to leave the pills in the original bottle. This container is big enough to hold his bottle. It seems to be well made and has a rubber O ring. My husband did buy a selection clip to attach to the top. This will allow him to move it from one key ring to another. Or to take it off his key ring and just slip it into his pocket. It’s a little pricey but does the job .

This is a very nice pill holder. It is much larger than what I needed (six pills per day), but all of my daily pills are now easily stored in one holder. Plus I can add more as needed. It actually holds 21 average sized pills easily (ALEVE 220 mg blue caplets). The construction is robust and the detailed design is appealing. The best thing about this product, besides it durability, is that it looks nothing like a pill holder. I have to take medication when I eat, and this product makes it very convenient and inconspicuous. I refill it everyday at breakfast and always have it handy with my car keys. The price is worth it for a product that will last a lifetime.

I have several vehicles and a set of keys (car/house/store) on each. I had a bought a cheapie aluminum blue from from Walgreens first. It is wearing badly. The aluminum is turning the glass vial black and the blue is about 50% gone. This one I put on my motorhome keyring. I bought a GUS Stainless and it is perfect. Not too big, wearing nicely. Put it on my Tundra keyring. Wanted a pill holder with a different look for my Element keyring so I can differentiate between my keyrings easily. Bought the Cielo. It's construction is solid and it appears to be well made. It's a bit longer than the GUS which I first thought would bother me but after a few weeks of using it I don't mind it al all. However if GUS made their pill holder with different aesthetics I would've bought theirs.

My son had a heart attack, he has to carry nitro, he was very happy to receive this as a gift to always have the nitro with himself and for the protection this provides, he can use it with a chain for a necklace, or secure it to his belt loop, or on his key chain. We are happy with the quality. Thank you

Yes, this is absolutely the finest quality and elegance, not to be seconded by a custom designed pill holder from a high-cost jeweller. And it is certainly priced within one's means, both for oneself or as a gift for a friend. This is something I shall not hesitate to wear on a silver chain as a necklace. I must say that aside from its beauty and workmanship, it affords me the further security of being able to know where my nitro is at an instant's need. Un peu de cafouillage dans les modèles mais container de qualité. J'ai dû faire trois commandes obtenir le bon modèle. Un peu confus au niveau des descriptions.Mais finalement j'ai gardé les 3 modèles car j'ai pû trouver une utilité à chacun d'eux. C'est assez cher je pense, mais c'est à vie.

Pretty fast delivery. Its rather large but fits my nitro pill bottle perfectly. Pill bottle does not rattle & makes noise when I'm moving.

Ok so far. I've received it and managed to fit in 6 pills in cut down packaging. It appears well made and sturdy. It smoothly opens and closes, and closes securely. It does look like it would be waterproof / tight if need be, though I'd still keep my pills in packaging to hell first aide era know what they are and to ensure freshness etc. Only reason not 5 * is I have not had it even a week and have not taken it out much yet so cannot rate how well fairs in terms of staying screwed together, if it hold to key ring etc. But so far I am pleased. I'll try and come back and update when more experience with it. Should you invest £25 in this product over a cheaper one? I'd would say so far yes.
