Q: Got this mat today but can’t find any instructions. I am not on Instagram

I got no instructions either, but they're really not needed, just lay on your mat as long as you like - I've read recommendations of 10 to 15 minutes per day - either nude or with a layer of thin clothing on. (I find that I need a thin robe - direct on the skin is a bit intense for me right now.)

Q: Do both the mat and the pillow fit in the carry bag?

Yes. I love this mat and pillow. It really helps with back and neck pain. My 6’2”, 215 lb 16 yr. old grandson loves it too.
