I received two of these today and am completely satisfied. They are good quality wood, exactly as described, and look nice in my den and in my bathroom. After spending over an hour looking at various tissue holders, I came to the conclusion that this box was the only one that would not inevitably end in frustration as I tried to always buy the correct sized box of tissue out of so many sizes and brands, especially when my "usual" is sold out. This comes with two wooden slats that can be used to adjust the height of the box, as with anything smaller than I imagine the large Costco box some mentioned. When used this way, it is a box, rather than a cover, and would be most useful if it is not often moved, as it can be a bit heavy and must be held on the bottom to keep the two pieces together when moving it. With the biggest size tissue box, it can be used as a cover, without the inner adjustable box, making it lighter and easier to move. It is a little large for an end table unless there is little else on it other than, for example, a lamp.

So perfect, in fact, that although I ordered two by mistake, I'm going to keep the second one. The adjustable height feature already came in handy; as it turns out my two tissue boxes were two different heights. And it's just so nice to have a uniform look for a tissue box. So, within 10 minutes of opening the package, I've decided they're basically perfect! There are a couple of drawbacks, but they're so minor it's almost ridiculous to mention them. First, the cover's base was a bit too narrow for the tissue boxes; but seriously, the tissue boxes are cardstock, so just squeeze them in. Second, the pieces that fit into the slats just fall out when you're adjusting the height; but again, it works just fine once you get the hang of it. Overall, the look of the cover, and the fact that the tissues aren't falling down into the cover when in use, is just really great. Final note: I haven't used these covers for more than 10 minutes yet, so it will be interesting to see how they stand up to the humidity of the bathroom over time, or how it works when the tissues run low. (But of course: $20 just to make your tissue box look pretty? Can't really complain too much!)

This is a great tissue box. I read all the reviews. I always use Puffs Soft and Strong in the big box but can only find the soft packs now which can be a pain to use, great for travel but not everyday use home. Most of the time you end up getting the whole softpack just trying to get one tissue out. I received the Pandpal tissue box as ordered. It is made very well, everything is level and even, good quality. I moved the adjustable inserts up to fit one soft pack of Puffs. Being allergy season, I use it many, many times per day; and, every time I get one tissue and the box doesn't even move on the counter. Very sturdy. I would definitely give this as a gift too.

Just FYI, I first bought one of these boxes in 2017 and loved it. It was well made and suited my purposes very well.Then a few weeks ago, I decided we could use another one, so I ordered it, only to find when it arrived that it was broken (all the seams were broken open, and looked like it was maybe a used item that was returned?)...Anyway, I returned it to exchange for another one. This one arrived today and while it was obviously brand new (still in the original packing material), the craftmanship in areas wasn't as good as the first one I purchased.While the cover actually looks a little nicer (the corners are now rounded a bit on top, so it looks a bit nicer), it was made a bit too tall, taller than the underlying piece, making it a bit awkward to move. Also, one of the wooden "slats" that fit into the grooves to adjust the height of the kleenex box that you store inside this holder, is almost too big, so that is barely wedges into the slot that was made for it. I think I can work with it, though, so I decided to keep the item.I did want you to be aware of these problems, though, so you can hopefully remedy them when you make your tissue holders for future customers. I do really like the overall design and it works better than my other tissue box holders because of the slotted design, which was a genius move on your part, in my opinion (smile).Also, just so you know, if my second or third experience purchasing this holder would have been my first, there wouldn't have been a second purchase.

I really liked the design of these with the adjustable mechanism and the pretty bamboo, so I bought 8 of them and put them throughout my house. Within a couple of months, 2 of them spontaneously split apart. I thought maybe those two were defective, and bought 2 more to replace them. Well, guess what? Within a year, ALL of them had spontaneously split apart in one place or another. Either along the seam, where they are just held together by some flimsy staples, or across the middle of one of the wood faces itself. Just from sitting alone on a shelf...The fact that 100% of the total of 10 of these that I have purchased have ALL split like this leads me to think that the design of this product is inherently defective, and that anyone who purchases this tissue box will experience the same thing.I am going to throw away these boxes and buy something that is sturdier construction.

Although the quality is excellent, it is just way too large to display on an end table. I am still going to keep the two I ordered & think of something creative to use them for.

Good quality, a little lighter than pictured but is exactly what I wanted.
