Textured ball is not as advertised or as shown in photos provided - spikes are much duller/rounder. Smooth ball is defective. Opening allows for gel like contents to leak out everywhere.

These are wonderful for working out kinks. Put in freezer for using cold on inflamed areas or drop in hot water for 10-15 minutes for warm therapy. NOT microwavable!!. Boil some water in small pan. When it comes to boil turn offheat & remove pan from stove to counter & set on potholder or trivet. Carefully place one or both balls is water until reached proper warmth. Use with wash cloth or towel between them & your skin to prevent burning yourself. I use them on bottom of feet ( planter fasciitis) & on tight muscles from neck area down along shoulder. I use by myself with yoga mat or have husband massage shoulder/ back for me. Have even used under shoulder when pain was keeping me up, while lying in bed. Helps break up knots for myofasciial release. Just slide one or both under shoulder while in bed until they hit trigger point or tight band. Barely rock back & forth until pain subsided & you can get rest. This is only my opinion!!!! I have no training or expertise, I just know how I use them & what works for me: )

The one with the little protrusions work very well on the trigger points on shoulders, arms, back and hip.

La texturizada no viene igual que en la foto, no tiene las puntas, sino pequeñas bolitas. Al final cumple con la función, es relajante para masaje, pero me hubiera gustado que sea como en las fotos.
