does it's job, but do not expect it to last long
I ordered two of these for my Raspberry PIs, expecting that such a cheap item may not last long. Lo and behold, within 15 days one of the chargers conked off. For the price I paid of each of them and the fact that I was expecting this, I don't mind this.The one that does work, does it's job very well. These are cheap, so please order extra. pTron does not have a customer care number listed, only email. So, do know what you are getting into when you buy these. for price around Rs.150, these are okay.All this considered, I will still buy these again.

Decent charging capacity for the price.
For the price this is a good charger. However the charging cable included with my unit was not up to the mark . I can't say this for every cable but the one I received certainly wasn't upto the mark.1)The micro USB connector could not make proper contact with the charging port on my phone .2) The included micro USB cable can't be used for data transfer. You can only use it for charging .

It was good while it worked
The adapter didn't last long, barely a few months in. While it was working, did not face any issues with charging speeds but a simple one time power fluctuation killed the adapter instantly.

Bit expensive than local but worth every paisa.
My last charger died out due to power shortage so I ordered a new one. This was the cheapest one I could find that also seemed reliable. Best of all, pTron is an indian brand.While i was skeptical about the charger's performance, it didn't fail it deliver. It's been a few months since i bought it and it's serving me amazingly well all this time. Charging is not exactly superfast but it gets the job done. Cable is reliable and strong and adapter seems to be resistant to power shortages, which is great.It's a bit expensive (20-30 rs. More) than what you will get in your local market but it has the quality to match its price. Go for this charger with your eyes closed, you won't regret.

Changing my rating from 5 to 1
Although it wasn't fast charger & i m using Mi note 5 pro now after almost 6 months it starts slow charging , it took whole day to charge still not fully charged.. it only charges 50 to 60 percent after keeping it for charging whole day.. not recommended

Affordable and good quality
I liked the quality of this mobile charger.The length of wire is long enough.It is single node. Charging @ 2.4V and takes 1 and half hour to fully charge my mobile. Doesn't heat while charging. I am using it for more than a week.Price is affordable.This is my second pTron purchase, first was head phones, and I have a good experience for both products.Thank you pTron
