I seriously thought these would be nasty, bitter so I put off opening the bag but they taste similar to almonds so you really have to stick to three or less a day or they can make you sick. I love that the bag is resealable so I don’t have to buy another container. Do your own research before ingesting.

Skeptical
Have to be honest- after purchase I had been reading up more on the use of these and it made me way too nervous to try them. I wish there was more positive information out there than negative to help with that decision! The package however, came well, looks okay, and seems priced well. I just got in my head to much after continued reading.

They look just like almonds and taste very similar. I got them because they're supposed to have great health benefits. But I have read some reports where you should not eat too many at one time or can give you a stomach ache
