I have been suffering from depression for dom years now. And i was on anti-depressant and sleeping pills ( benzodiazepines and ambien to be specific). Last year i started feeling i was becoming dependent so i went Cold turkey without understanding the consequences. For an year i was suffering from bouts of insomnia and bad sleep which spilled over to my everyday life. Bad mood, fatigue, lack of motivation, suicidal thoughts ... you name it i had it. After a lot of research i zeored down on trying melatonin. From the first night i took it this product has helped me sleep like a baby. It has been a month now and i am completely satisfied with this product and will recommend to anyone who is suffering with sleep issues. Take mealtonin with magnesium glycinate and you are sorted. NOW has delivered a premium product.

I have bought it before so I know what the effect is.This time it has no effect at all !Its expiry is 06/ 2024As its a non-refundable item, you should buy at your own risk.I took my complaint to Now Foods, they have not bothered to reply, even though a lot of time has passed !It seems they are not bothered with Indian customers, being safely based abroad !Its high time Amazon India started caring for its Indian customers and taking action !

Reasonably good. Effect varies from person to person. For me it takes a couple of hours to get sleep after taking the capsule. But sometimes I have to take one more to get sleep. U hv to understand your body and adjust the time and dose accordingly.

The product is of fresh stock. It was delivered well on time. I gave three stars for these. But I can’t give more as I don’t do well on melatonin itself. I have changed brands and the result has always been disastrous for me as I get headaches and am unable to sleep.so the prob;em is with me and melatonin

These pills didn't work for me. Unlike other melatonin that dissolves on your tongue, these are in pill form so you must swallow these, which means that they take longer to take effect. Unfortunately they didn't work at all for me.
