A must have
This is one of the best in the series. Just incredible! I recommend you to read this after book 8: Escaping Peril. Tui did a great job and the characters were so good. Just a great balance for mystery, thriller and romance!

Amazing story. Just absolutely amazing. If i hadn't read this book before, i won't even understand the book 10; its major part is derived from this book. Don't buy books 9 and 10 before reading this, otherwise you may not understand a thing....

A fantastic read
I just love it. Unlike the other books, this one is a bittersweet tale of love and hatred. Really moving. Definitely worth purchasing.

Easily one of my top favorite books now. Not of the entire WoF series, but of all books.

Dragon who are humanlike characters till the very end.
Won me over as I read the more I loved how the author twisted her story, it felt alive and full of possibilities. Truly magically handled and believable on how magical characters can act, the ending is good, even if I wouldn't mind exploring a little more of that legendary period. Only minus too often I read the dragons like humans, sometimes even imaging them as humans actors, I know they are dragons but they act humans they make me think of actors. I would be oh so curious to read the author work with actual human characters. Anyways loved reading this fantastic story till the very end fading into what aboutisms of legends.
