Even though this is a starter kit, it will last for several uses. The syringes of gel look small but it really doesn't take a lot of it to cover your front teeth. I was slightly worried about using it because I have super sensitive teeth that are not really in the best shape and it mentions that ut may make your teeth sensitive after use. However, it did not make mine any more sensitive than they already are. It has a decent enough taste for what it is unlike some kinds I have used in the past that are horrendous. The mouth trays are a little hard to mold to tour teeth but I have never used that kind before so it may just be me. I did eventually get them molded right though. You just spread a little of the clear gel over your teeth needing whitened with a q-tip and place the tray over your teeth. I started out with 15 minutes the first treatment and I could already tell a slight difference. It also comes with remineralization gel that helps if it makes your teeth sensitive, which I have not used because it didn't bother mine at all. It took about 3 treatments to see a very noticeable difference in my teeth. They are very white and look ten times better than they did. Since I smoke and drink coffee and sodas, mine were pretty stained up! I feel a lot better about my smile after using this whitening treatment on my teeth. It definitely works great!

I have very sensitive teeth. And what I mean by sensitive is that I can't even have certain fruits because sugar absolutely KILLS me. I frequently use Sensodyne tooth paste to aid this and for a long time, that was my only means of whitening because whiteners would cause horrible pain. I read a few reviews of people that said they had sensitive teeth but wasn't exactly sure what that entailed... But thought I would take a chance. And I can honestly say I felt NO pain at all while using this. I started off the first 2 times only having this on for 5 then 10 minutes, but after that I trusted it enough to do it for the full 15 minutes. I have never used the extra gel they give for sensitive teeth.As for the whitening aspect, I suppose it made my teeth a bit whiter but nothing crazy noticeable like other reviews were mentioning. BUT then again, my teeth are already decently white-ish because I'm careful about trying to avoid foods and drink that stain. But I am an avid black tea drinker so I knew my teeth could be a smidge whiter than they are, and this kit definitely helped with that.Over-all happy with this purchase and even though it's only a starter kit, it's lasted my quite some time!

The product really does work and it does so in a relatively short period of time. The taste is bearable and it smells ok. It wasn't sticky and dissolved after applying as stated by the company. The company could include a cheap separator in the package as it is required that one keep their lips from touching their teeth during the minutes the whitening gel is on the teeth: very difficult to keep that from happening without using a separator. I tried my darnest to do this but after my first application of the gel...i had to order a set of separators which made the process much easier.Overall the product works ...well..it worked for me and as such I would recommend the product to a friend. I am actually thinking to purchase it for my boyfriend but i didn't want him knowing my secret to whiter teeth. Lol, he believes I've always had naturally white teeth. Anyway, again thumbs up for the product.

I'm giving it a 3. I imagine the gel itself works based on other reviews. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get to the point to try it. I'll explain. I was excited about this product after reading all the great reviews. I followed the instructions to the letter but the mouthpieces balled up into an unusable mass and I was unable to form them to my teeth.I never got to the point of using the actual gel so I obviously won't critique that. Based on the majority of reviews here it seems to be a good product once you actually get it applied to your teeth.Granted, it's possible I may have left it in a second too long or mishandled on the way to my mouth to form but the reality is this is at best a hit or miss process and I don't think that's a good way to do this. I've formed mouthpieces like this many times in the past for sports. This is a different material apparently.I'm glad it worked for some people. Perhaps I live in a different parallel universe where the temperature at which water boils is different from my friends on earth.Anyway, seemed promising, but no way should this process be so error prone. I'll try something different and keep an eye on this product to see if they modify the molding process.

I used this about 3x. The first two times went fine. But the third time, I had accidentally touched it with my lips and I had an immediate burning sensation and swollen lips. The swelling went away after 24 hours. I have used other whitening products before and have never had this happen. I immediately threw away after last use. Not worth the risk
