I received a sample of Pep Pods that my friend had and I loved it so much because it has over 70 vitamins and minerals packed in the little pod (effervescent tablet). It desolved quickly in an 8 ounce of cool water. I tried both the berry and the citrus flavor. It game me instant energy and mental focus. I love the berry flavor the best, but I do like the citrus flavor as well.I bring my Pep Pods on the go with me and in your typical plastic water bottle you get in cases, there is 19.9 fl oz. so I drop in 1 and a 1/2 tablets. That seems to be the perfect caffeine dose for me. It lasts me about 6 hours! I couldnt believe it. I do not recommend taking Pep Pods after 7pm. There is no crash feeling after the 6 hours and I was able to get a good night sleep. Waking up feeling refreshed. Then I’d get my bottle of water ready for my Pep Pods.(I call them my little peps) I will forever be a customer of theirs and will be buying the individual packets next, opposed to the twin packs.I was avid Red Bull and 5 hour energy guru unto I found these life changing Pep Pods.I have lost 2 pounds in 1 week because they not only give me much energy and stamina, but they also suppress my energy. I suggest that you drink a lot of water while taking the Pep Pods. Even though they’re packed with electrolytes, I still wanted to consume water to flush my system of all of the toxins in foods that I eat I find these Pep Pods as a healthy alternative to energy drinks that are bad for you. These also have given me a boost to starting my Keto diet. There is no sugar in the Pep Pods. They use stevia!!! I’m looking to lose 80 pounds and with the help of my little peps, I’m looking forwards to shedding the weight with helping with my energy and stamina at the gym.I’m so glad I was able to try Pep Pod samples. Because if I never tried them, I’d be skeptical about purchasing them. You get what you pay for and I can promise you that if you are like me with fatigue and no motivation and you’re sick of trying different weight loss or energy pills and drinks that give you a crash afterwards, then you won’t be sorry with Pep Pods. I didn't realize that there was a "no returns/refunds" situation on this product when I purchased it... I'm just used to buying things on Amazon and expecting to be able to return items. Regardless, when I bought it, I was excited, but the reality was different -- it really tasted too much like vitamins and even when added to orange juice or sports drink, it wasn't palatable. I used two and tried to return but ran into issues, so I had to chat with an Amazon rep who was kind enough to waive the return rule and simply refund my money. I'm sorry, but it just didn't taste good. Because of the taste issue, I wasn't able to really drink enough of it to know if it gave me any energy, so I can't say whether or not it works as it says it does.

I really like the Pep Pod Citrus. However, quality control is lacking.In my first order, one packet was empty. In this last box, one packet contained only 1/2 of a tablet and one tablet that was mushy.

They taste good and work well, but the main issue I have with them is that they don't dissolve well and they are too big to fit into a 500ml water bottle, so I have to wait for it to totally dissolve in a glass and then drink from a glass, which is not convenient.

The citrus I'd the best flavor. I like these for an alternate to coffee. Keep them in my purse for a pick me up in tired days.

The first time I tried PepPod was at a work out Festival at high altitude. I participated in an event and I was wiped out and needed water. I saw the PepPod tent and I needed water! After filling my water bottle, using the gluten-free tablet, I was instantly recovered and ready for the next event.. I have purchased 3 times since !

Tastes good, they give energy for sure, they made my mom's heart beat really fast...

I sometimes use these for running, but they aren’t as effective for me on super hot days. I use them most frequently for curing hangovers, for which one tablet in a glass of water works quite awesomely.
