What a joy this is. I gave up bread making when I was a new bride, because of having to use a countertop, or a plastic thingy that slipped all over the place. This, however, sticks to the counter, doesn’t slip, and your dough doesn’t decide to marry it before you can finish making it!

The mat came in perfectly. No stretch bends, rips, etc. Rolled out cookie dough into it with just a little flour and the cookies came off with little resistance if any at all and that's amazing. As always these are hard to wash. Laid it on the counter, went over it with a sponge, rinsed, shook over excess water, laid it to dry kinda crunched up since I don't have a place to lay it out flat to dry. When it dried, it still felt like it had some flour on it, but that's ok. Oils were gone so I could store it. Would not bake on it. Very happy with it.Update: After using it for a while I do want to rave about how well it disperses a layer of flour on the mat (like for rolling out dough). My cookies NEVER stick anymore unless I really mess up(like just not put enough flour to begin with). I love this mat!

I'm always iffy whenever I roll out dough on my counter. Now with the baking mat, I'm more at ease now. I use it to roll out dough and shape them. Upon writing this review, I just found out that that you can actually use it to bake too. Silly me for not realizing it because I thought it was just a silicone mat to roll out dough. If I ever try baking with it, I will update my review. So far, from rolling out sugar cookies, dough, and kneading dough, this mat doesn't move around which is my purpose of buying this mat for. It's easy to clean and store.

Just do not EVER cut anything on this mat. Stupidly I didn't think silicone was so easily damaged, but I found out. Lol. Needless to say, I am buying another so I can have this wonderful mat. I remember my mother's tupperware pie mat, but silicone is the way to go. I imagine her plastic mat leached nasty plastic chemicals into our food, but luckily technology improves our lives. Usually.

I could have used this years ago as a little girl, baking biscuits with grandma. LOL!! This little thin silicone mat is a little slice of heaven. I can flour it down and throw my dough on it and knead the dough or use my roller pin and roll out some awesome tortillas. I am loving this it helps a lot with the stickiness of the dough. You can even measure the size of your dough this mat is so worth the money. And to think I almost didn't get this!! I recommend this product. Looking forward to baking tomorrow.

I like to cook and make cakes. The color is beautiful and I have used it for long time and the quality is still good. It is very easy to clean and big enough to make bread on it.

Very, very long delivery. I was not expecting quite as long as it took.I used it twice then semi-ruined it by using a knife to cut into dough to make rolls.I would not buy this one again because of delivery time, but if you can tolerate that, it is very nice - just do not cut on it.Easy to wash and fold up for storage. Certainly saves cleaning the counter.

I rate it a four just because it said extra large and to me it seamed not that large, I had flour going off of it for what I was making. I bought it originally so that I keep the mess on it and not off. But other then that it is easy to use and stays in place like it is intended to.
