Read many product reviews around the alternatives and a lot of people were saying just get the Baofeng ones and I think that I am glad I did.I like the knob on the top to change channel so that its not near to push to talk button. Also, when you change channel a synth voice says what channel you are now on. So where its hard to read the numbers on the dial the voice makes that real easy.Testing the range in rural setting I got about 2 mile range easily on flat ground. I think it could do more between hills and probably less in built up areas. Since all PMR446 legal walkies have 0.5W output power then I think that this is a limit that will be on most of them.They are smallish and convenient and came as a set of two with two chargers for them which is very useful. The torch LED might be useful but is a bit of a bonus - it is very bright tho so if map reading could be useful for that.

Really god for tractor to combine communications when there’s no phone signal.
