This is an upcycled (reused discarded objects or material in such a way as to create a product of higher quality or value than the original) rug made from strips of clothing. You can see the tags still on some of the fabric pieces in the photos. For me I love the idea of my rug being made from something else. I just snipped off the tags and you would never know they were there.The rug is well made though, with beautiful colors and soft fabrics. You can tell that thought was put into the design of how the color scheme is used. There are no noticeable misshaped edges and all four sides seem straight. I ordered the 5x8 rug and mine measured 5.1 x 7.9. While not exactly 5x8 it works for what I need.The rug seems sturdy as I used both my hands and feet to run them over the fabric several times to "fluff" it up and nothing came out. I'll update after a time if I notice slips of fabric coming out as this is in a high traffic are for my home.The rug dose have an earthly or Thrift Store smell too it. Great under living room table, enhanced the room greatly

I ordered this rug in the pink/ivory option, which looks light in the photos. But what I received was much darker than I had anticipated. There is no ivory in the rug and very little pink. The pink that is there is all deep/dark pink. It is pretty (if you look at it from a distance) but is unfortunately not what I had in mind for my nursery. Doesn't match anything at all, although the one in the photo that I thought I was receiving would have been perfect.If it weren't such a hassle to ship it back, considering the size, I'd absolutely return it. But instead, I'll keep it until it inevitably falls apart. The quality isn't outstanding, so it probably won't take long for that to happen anyway.

I was a little nervous about this rug after reading reviews. That being said I was prepared for a woven rug made from recycled fabric. I opened it up outside just in case there were any issues. It did have a bit of a smell but it wasn't overwhelming. I shook it, fluffed it, hit it with some lysol, and hung it for a couple hours on the fence which seemed to do the trick. There were a few loose pieces but nothing crazy. The colors are more fall than expected but since I wasn't trying to match anything it doesn't really matter and the warm tones fit well in the hallway where I have it. Overall I'm happy with this rug and glad I bought it.

All of the reviews said it sheds but little did I expect how much!! I have this in a room that is NEVER used and no one walks through. Multiple large pieces of fabric appear off to the sides of the room weekly! Balls of pink threads float in the air if the fan is on. I am going to have to sew the pieces (about 20+) back in. It looks lovely but what a PITA!

The floor covering is unique. It should not be classified as a rug because it is not meant to handle high traffic. You can not tell in the picture but this is various piece of cloth sewn on to a mat. It's beautiful and I am keeping it but I have been picking fabric up from it pulling since I put it on the floor. I will be using it in my dining area where there is lighter foot traffic. I will also require no shoes.

Bought this for my daughters room and she loves the rug. highly recommend! It adds character and really makes the room look amazing!
