This book is perfect!!! All the pictures shown are recipes in this book (50/50 bread, regular sourdough, pancakes and Italian herb) I am a beginner, my sourdough is maybe 3 weeks old and I can't stop cooking with it!!! This book has everything from muffins to pancakes, biscuits, bread, everything you will need!!! I can't recommend it more!!!

I enjoy using the cookbook to make sourdough goods. I like how it is split up and easy to find my favorites.
