Sacred Medicine Cupboard is a beautiful image rich book full of inspiration and sacred medicine that I have bookmarked favorite pages and will refer to often. In this world of instant internet access to an immense amount of information on health, wellness and spirituality, this book is a tangible source for grounding and wisdom. I don't know that I will use the journaling pages inside the book as I have started a companion journal/notebook to accompany it and my other medicine notes. I see it as being a often used resource on my reference shelf for many years. I was also able to attend the first live retreat offered by the authors just last month in San Diego. It was well worth the trip. I had my book signed, learned hands on healing techniques and medicine making and enjoyed the companionship of a loving circle of women all intent on finding their own medicine. I'd definitely recvonwnd the book and the retreat to my friends and family.

Broken down by seasons, the layout of each chapter brings you in touch with a part of yourself and brings you in closer connection with the world and the universe. The photographs used in this book fill you with a deep appreciation for the beauty the world has to offer. The recipes are easy to follow and the practices bring so much meaning to my life and the life of those I share them with. If you are looking for something special, you need to get this book! And give it to all your friends! And I cannot wait for the next book these beauties write!
